DSE tool setup guide for new administrators

 

Welcome to ClickHSE and your free DSE assessment tool.

If you are reading this then it is likely you are a new administrator to the ClickHSE online training platform for your organisation

This 5 minute guide explains everything you need to know to get ClickHSE up and running in the shortest amount of time.

This quick-start guide will help you:

  1. Learn the basics as a new platform administrator

  2. Discover how to allocate licenses for training courses and risk assessments

  3. Add and manage staff user accounts for staff members

  4. Quickly report on user activity and DSE assessments

Let’s jump straight in!

ClickHSE has 2 seperate login screens, one for Users (staff members) and one for when you wish to login to the Administration Dashboard to configure and manage things and gives you access to lots of useful tools including your company management dashboard, settings and reports.

  • Users can login in any time at www.clickhse.net

  • Admins can login ay time at www.clickhse.net/admin

To get everything setup simply Click here to launch the Admin login screen.

To login:

  • Use your registered email address

  • Use the temporary password you were given within your email confirmation.

  • You will now be prompted to create your own secure password and gain access.

You should now see your ClickHSE company dashboard which gives you a range of useful information at a glance

There are lots of tools and feautres within ClickHSE which can be found from the blue side menu. We have done most of the configuration for you so that you need to simply add your users. ClickHSE will automatically give each user a DSE Assessment to complete, add these onto you report and notify you of any issues that are flagged by your users.

 

Invite staff to setup their user accounts

Now you can invite your staff members to signup to your company account.

There are 3 ways to do this and all options can be found within the ‘User Management’ menu

1. Self Registration

Using the Self Registration feature you can simply email your staff who will then setup their own user accounts within your main company account. Simply go to Self Registration and use the ‘Copy Text’ button to paste the instructions into your own email.

2. Add New Users

Here you can enter in new users yourself to set them up with a training account. Once complete the user will be sent an email by ClickHSE to verify and complete their personal user account.

Tip - Perfect for 10-50 staff

3. Upload Bulk Users

Here you can download an excel template which can be populated with your users data. Once the sheet is uploaded all users will have a personal user account created and ClickHSE will automatically send each person an email from to verify and complete their personal account.

And finally - Track your staff progress in an instant!

Keeping an eye on your staff training progress is essential and ClickHSE makes it simple. There are a variety of powerful interactive reports at your fingertips within the ‘Reports’ menu, use the Risk Assessments report to track the DSE assessments.

Any Health and Safety concern raised on a staff members risk assessment are instantly highlighted on your dashboard within the ‘H&S concerns’ block. Simply click the number shown and it will shortcut you straight to any concerns raised or outstanding. You can address the issues with the user and once satisfied mark it off as complete with any accompanying notes within the risk asessment itself.

Administrators will also receive a weekly activity update from ClickHSE via email to alert you to any new outstading issues that have not yet been dealt with.
