Be default all certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. ClickHSE Business accounts may request a custom date range where required that will apply to all user certificates within their account.

No, to ensure universal standards and compliance the pass rate is fixed for all accounts.

For individual accounts only you see your score. If you are a user within a business account then your account administrators can also see your score if required.

All ClickHSE Business plans are based on a 12 month subscription period.

Yes, if you prefer we can invoice you for your annual business subscription fee.

Yes, you can set a pre-determined pass rate for each health and safety online training course. We also make it easy to identify who may need some extra one-on-one training. You can then issue the certificate manually once you are happy your standards are met.
