What is health and safety training in workplace?

When we think of Health and Safety training in the workplace we think of training requirements such as the below which is provided to staff to ensure they are safe whilst a work:

• Fire awareness training

• Manual handling

• COSHH

• DSE

However, today in the workplace there are many other factors such as:

• Managing stress at work

• Conflict resolution

• Working from home safely

These subjects are now widely accepted by larger companies in contributing to improving the wellbeing of staff to create a safer working environment.
