We wanted to ensure we had a consistent approach across our workforce. Online provided a solution in terms of enabling staff to carry out their training at a convenient time for them at any location. Online training also means that staff do not need to take days out of work to complete their training allowing them to send more time in the classroom doing what they are great at! I benefit because I can track the training. I can also add packages if trends in health and safety crop up. I have a great account manager who I have a good rapport with and we know that all staff within the Trust have access to the same level of quality training.
