What's new in ClickHSE

 

It’s been a busy few months here at AT&F HQ and our teams have been building even more features and modules for ClickHSE. Here’s the latest on what’s new for April 2023:


Asbestos awareness training is now IATP accredited

Our long established asbestos awareness training course now carries full IATP accreditation after being independently audited and passing a stringent evaluation criteria.


Abrasive wheels awareness - new course

Designed to educate all staff who work with abrasive wheels this online abrasive wheels safety training course covers the essential training needs and much more.


Accident reporting

Hot of the press is the new ClickHSE accident and incident reporting module that makes managing reportable incidents a breeze across organisations of any size. Document management updates

A whole range of feature improvements have been made within the Document Management tool. Now available is sub-categories for easier storage, version control and review dates for each document and a range of assignment tools so that automations and individual user allocations can be applied.


Download your license summary

Are you reviewing your licenses and need to download your license summary? No worries, there is now a ‘Download’ button on the ‘review licenses’ screen to drop everything straight into Excel in just one click.


Email templates updated

You can now access and copy a range of pre-made email templates for the most common communications, just open your admin dashboard and navigate to Resources > Email templates to find them


Feature request

Got an idea or something that would make ClickHSE even more amazing. You can now send a request directly to our team for consideration from your admin dashboard by navigating to Resources > Feature request


Fire safety now covers Lith-Ex extinguishers

With the increasing popularity and usage of lithium batteries our standard workplace fire safety training course now includes information on using Lith-Ex extinguishers.


Fire safety for hotel night staff

For the hospitality sector you can now assign a dedicated fire safety training course for hotel night staff in order to maintain a 3 month refresher training period without affecting all employees.


Risk assessments - new modules available

The ClickHSE interactive risk assessment tool is getting bigger and better and now has 9 online risk assessment modules available and ready to use.


Risk assessment updates for admins (image upload and notes adding)

When updating a users risk assessment, admins can now save their comments along the way without needing to sign off the risk assessment as complete. Admins can also now upload an accompanying image if required.


Safe working at heights Ireland edition - new course

Part of our essential health and safety range, the safe working at heights course has been helping workers stay safe while working at heights for many years. There is now a dedicated module for organisations in Ireland with specific content for the General Application Regulations 2007.


Transaction history report

For improved traceability of license assignments the transaction report records and now shows the relevant administrator who has assigned the module. Administrators can access this updated report via the ClickHSE admin dashboard by navigating to License Management > Transaction History.
